Linking Thrust Levers Saitek/Alphajet

I'm want to use my Saitek thrust levers on the french freeware alphajet
but when I pull it, only one thrust levers moves..tha'ts pretty enoying

Does anybody can help me

Press e,1,2,3,4 reasonably quickly..This should fix it (I hope)
