i think my comp's too hot

i got a diy comp for abt a yr.. but lately when i play games such as NFS most wanted, abt 30m to an hr ltr, the comp will suddenly shut off by itself.. it also happened when i was playing call of duty2 .. my cpu feels hot aft that.. and when i check the temp using the MSI corecenter.. it shows abt 64-66'c .. i already have 5 fans in the cpu but it still is hot.. at idle, the corecenter shows these values :

cpu temp : 57'c
system temp : 42'c

Vcore : 1.36V
3.44/3.3V

FSB 200 x 15.0

my system : MSI 865PE neo2
P4 3.0GHZ
nVidia GeForce FX 5500
kingston 512mb ram
seagate 80G HDD SATA

is it pssible for me to overclock it? and any guides?
