sys temp reaches 45C

sys temp reaches 45C using ntune monitor when playing warcraft, is sys temp the mobo temp? is this temp safe for my mobo? i think this is caused by the onboard video coz im not using a pcie vcard, how to cool it down?

no problem with my amd 64 3000 cpu coz it reaches 47C while gaming, its the sys temp that im worried about. (i have an aux fan at the back of the casing and its summer here by the way)

you don't need to cool anything that is at 45.. it is even not hot for this kind of hardware.

dude, I reach 47ºC on full load normal on a hot day and 51 full load with OC....and nothing has burned (yet)
