Why this one work now as DDR333 becouse of the Cpu (133x21) .When the CPU is 3.4Ghz (162x21) the memory gets 400 mhz.But I dont think that CPU can make more above 3.4ghz 
therefore i think the memory wont make any problems. 
just tell me how mych Vcore to let and how far to push the FSB
