DVD to Pocket PC Encoding

Question?

Whats the best settings for 320 x 240 for the following card(s)
128,256,512. Basically, movie format not too worried about sound qty
mostly video.

Also, I noticed the cropping modes and output is setup for landscape.
I don't really care for having to turn my ppc to watch movies. Can I
also view it 320 x 240 screen on my ppc w/o video loss.

There are times that I can get pretty good qty and other times not so
good. Anyone out there been successfull 100%?
