Clouds:Overcast 8/8 but I need more

HI - I been playing with the user defined weather.
But I have a hard time getting what I want.
I know Active Sky exist. But before that I would like to see what is really
standard MS options.
In lay mans language I just want overcast and one thick layer of cloud cover
to fly through at fx. 3000feet. Above that clear sky. But I just cannot get
the options rigth. I have been playing with visibility as well - but no
luck - too generel. Want poor visibility flying through clouds - but good
visibility in generel.
Any hints ?
