Flight Simulator 2002

Marco, it is the flight which is set as the 'default flight' which
governs how fs2002 and fs2004 will start up. Out of the box this is at
Meigs field (fs2002) with the engine running. Start fs2002, select the
default flight, turn everything off until you have a cold and dark
cockpit and then save it (using the ; key) but make sure that you check
the 'Make this the default flight' box.
You can now ignore the default flight. Any flight you create will now
start cold and dark.
