Non-SLi motherboard recommendations

Ok, I think you all have persuaded me not to venture into SLi...for right now anyway. Can you guys recommend some good non-SLi boards that will match up nicely with an Opty 165? If not, how about some cheaper SLi boards other than the A8N32 SLi Deluxe. I'm starting to think that I don't need a $200 mb. Thanks in advance.

Pick up a DFI LanParty UT nF4 Ultra-D, more settings then a swiss army knife and comes in at about 120$.
