9npa3 +ultra CPU voltage mod?

Is it possible to increase voltage for cpu more than 1,71v?

You see , i didnt know that :wink:
The thing is i had one 3000+ vienice and his stable overclock was 2540 more less.
But thing was i saw it can go faster.
Then i took my friends same proc wich was newer in serial for 300 pieces(procs) serial(if it is it), and he goes 2740 more/less stable.
Thats bothering me.(i was thinking that with more voltage he can go further)
Is it vrily truth that you must have luck to get one with excelent core or you can buy one![:)]( ":)")
