My PSU may not be up to snuff for what I am doing...Opinions

I will not be overclocking. . .I will not be adding any cards or other expansion. This is a non-SLI motherboard. I really don't have any more money to spend on this system, which is shipped from Newegg or parts already existing. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the great link.

However, when I do calcs, and float the Surge Compensation and Capacitor Aging to the 15% range, it bumps right up against 400. That was at 100% PSU utilization and 100% CPU TDP. Is that realistic and should I be concerned?
