What can I load on my PSU

I have a Hiper HPU-4B580 Type R 580W Modular ATX2.2 PSU. On this beauty I have an ASUS A8N DELUXE motherboard, AMD 4000+, 2x BFG 7800GTX 256MB, 2 GIG Crucial memory, Raptor 74GIG 10,000rpm Harddrives x2 in RAID 0, Creative X-Fi Fatality, 3x 80mm case fans, 3x blue light strips and 2x Liteon DVD Writers. Can I add another couple of fans, probably 2x 120mm case fans and even maybe another light. Im not sure if I dare as I dont want to destroy any of my computer or psu

Once again, eXtreme's PSU calc (mentioned in the sticky) puts you close to 500W, so your 580W should be able to handle it, but I have no experience with that brand.

I always give at least 25% for wiggle room and some peace of mind... so maybe a 650W would make me feel at ease, maybe 700 since you are adding more in the future.
