Hello guys this morning I woke up and reinstalled my video driver because of poor performance issues then when i rebooted it said this:

Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in select boot device and press a key.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so i go into my bios and loook under ide and i see that it does not detect my SATA hard drive. So i open up my case too make sure all the cables are in and rebotted again ......................same thing.

Please i need help urgently.

Have you tried resetting the bios or changing the mobo battery? You might also want to try a different sata cable.

Sry to bother u guys i just plugged it into another SATA on the motherboard and it works perfectly :P :oops:
