How to change taskbar's transparency?

I'm using clearscreen's theme file but not the explorer.exe that came with it, instead i'm using glow air final's explorer.exe, because it gives better looking start button. Everything would be ok if the taskbar would be more transparent.

Even thought the transparency is set to max in the window color settings, the taskbar is not that transparent. I think it's because of the theme file.

My question is - how to edit the theme file so the taskbar is more transparent?

The best transparency I was able to get was using the frost widow color and turning the intensity down all the way.

I think its preconfigured on the "shell32.dll" file included in the theme you applied. You should know to edit such for you to change its transparency,etc. Personally i dont know how to do such but, ill try to make some themes it there's no other things that would demand my time.
