some advice

i build computers for a while but just asking a simple question do you guys put something between the risers and the motherboard when you screw them into the case.. if you put something what is it ??
and i have a configuration with a eurotech psu of 460w conected to a asus p5ad2-x motherboard and a gf6800 silenced graphics card and the usual hd a dvd-rw drives, just a basic system but the readings of the 12v are just 11,xx volts it's this something to worrie about??

I have never put anything between the risers and the motherboard, and if you are getting in 11.XXXV on your 12v you should be fine.
