Well since everyone keeps talking that i should get me an opteron 165 instead of a X2 4200, i want to know how hard can it be to OC this CPU. Does it suits any S939 MB? Well the only OC ive ever done was in an AGP video card (wich can be easily done by the video properties), nothing too pro. Also, will i need any expensive cooling system? I was thinking about a MSI Neo Platinum4 MB with an opteron 165 overclocked in a safe level with some standard cooling device (i.e. no watercoolers or noisy boeings'turbojets on my case lol) Any help?

i dont know exactly how but i do know that you will not need any fancy cooler stock heatsink will be fine but i would recommend something better, Tt big typhoon etc.

viedo has nothing to do with OCing ur PCU if thats what ur asking, i believe MSI has a tool to allow u to OC while still in windows so that should make it easy for ya

im sure someone will come by to show u how to OC

Overclocking is a sin.
