Shitty download speeds URGENT

i have win7 ultimate and and a mobile broadband connection in which my download speeds are usually good i have sp 1 and recently sicnce monday my internet speeds have dropped badly i usually bet like 150-350 kBs but now it dosent cross 15kBs no matter what i do when i tried system restore it said system restore was turned off i did a virus scan it came up clean bfbc2 just wont connect to ea online etc...etc... my bittorrent download speeds are at 10 kbps... can anyone help me??

Did you try to unplug it plug it back in after 30mins, the lan line or router if you had one.

i have a router but that is not the prob i have this modem kinda thing made by huweai and it gets into my usb slot i tried it out on other computers and the speeds were normal , i had some svchost errors before stuff like aero dissapperaing getting disconnected form the internet but now it dosent happen any more but it just bottlenecks my dl speeds to 9.9kBps i am keeping reinstall as my last option

Is your ISP throtteling you? Do you have a monthly cap?

^ +1, that kind of a massive speed drop on a mobile connection seems like it was caused by the ISP throttling your speeds because you bumped up against a download cap.

tata photon plus i dont live in the us i live in india and i havent bumped on my data limit im sure in that could this have anything to do with svchost?

my monthly cap is 100 hours not data only time and im at 56 hours
