Am i reading correctly that i can put a nvidia 7xxx xx in a hp dc5100 small form factor? Is there any reason why i shouldn't do this?

Which would be a better gaming box:

Box 1

2.8 ghz box.
1gig ram or 2 gig
Nvidia 7900 or 7800 if they make a sff board
Integrated sound
Power supply unknown - but stock...

Box 2

3.0 ghz chip
2 gig ram
850xt ati agp
450watt ps
Creative sound blaster zs something or other....
