What's a good fan controller?

Here are the system fans I'm probably going to have, in a CMStacker 830.
all these are 120mm

1 front intake
1 rear exhaust
1 top exhuast
1 side intake
CPU fan on a scythe ninja plus
Stock cooler fan on an ATI X1900XTX

Now, what I anticipate is this. I'll leave the CPU fan to the mercy of Cool and Quiet on the motherboard. The GPU fan, not sure about. The four case fans I'd like to be able to control individually, with the opton of turning the side and top ones off individually if I want. A nice digital one with temp probes would be good.

Is there any controller that can do this? I see ones that can very speed on some, and have another couple on/off, but not both. The digital ones I see don't seem to be able to turn fans off if I want.

What fan controller do you use, and how well does it work?

I don't know if it's still available, but the $13.00 shipped I paid at newegg last year for the Aerogate III was a steal in my opinion. Has 4 channels for fans (rpm monitoring) and 4 channels for temp monitoring (includes probes), I don't use the temp probes though. It can run fans from 5v-12v, but a good portion of 120mm fans won't spin at 5v, so at the lowest setting it will shut the fans off.
