Building new comp for my uncle. He uses it for entertainment purposes mostly and online stuff, but he's the type that likes it really smooth, so i'm gonna use a little bit more than needed parts. What do u guys think of these parts?

CD-Drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16827106029
Case: (Need to find a case with 24-pin* psu.)budget around 40$
Harddrive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16822136009
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131571
Memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145440
Any tips would be nice, thx. Not sure if anything is missing x.x.

Edit: changed cpu to a 3200+ instead of the 3500+. changed hd to 7.2k rpm. changed mobo back to A8N and using the onboard graphics

Sry, links should work now

Fix your links, the only thing that works is the case link. All you need is a space after the colon to make them work. So for example:
Item: link; not Item:link.
However I do realize I can just copy and paste. Working links are just convenient.

Ok, first off if this is a budget computer, then I would not suggest buying a $150 WD raptor. Any old 7200rpm drive would be fine, unless it is a maxtor. Maxtor is not very good so don't bother with them. Seagate and WD are very solid. Your CPU and memory are fine.

Now a few questions. What video card do you plan on putting in there? Do you need to buy one or do you have one on hand? I say this because the difference between A8N and A8V is that A8V uses an AGP slot whereas the A8N uses a pci-e slot. This is a critical thing to know, because you could have compatibility issues. If you need to buy a gfx card then buy the A8N because more cards are on pci-e than AGP and that makes it a cheaper solution.
Good luck.

Yeah ok looks good for a simple computer. I don't think the 24 pin thing should be much of an issue because usually motherboards come bundled with the necessary adapter cables to do the job.
And to INeedCache: I'm sure tht they are just fine but its better to go with a more reliable company like WD or Seagate. I myself have a maxtor drive and it is ok but I would rather have something from WD or seagate.

EDIT: Newegg has a picture of the pins on the aspire case you want and I am counting 20. But I am almost certain that your mobo would come with an adapter for that. Also I see that the A8N-VM is microATX form factor, so there may be a possible issue there. So you may want to find another board that has integrated graphics or just buy a cheap card.
