Starts from the very basics, teaching you not only the 'how', but the 'why', before moving on to more advanced theory. I started with no knowledge of overclocking, other than that it made the computer faster, and already have learned a hell of a lot more, and would be very confident overclocking my Opteron when I get it.
Very easy for me to grasp, having done Computer Systems Engineering for four years at Uni, but anyone enthusiastic about computers can grasp it quickly, I'm sure.
