My old HD was my boot drive, then I bought a new HD and Installed a fresh copy of Windows XP. Before, my integrated sound device works properly on my OLD boot Hard Drive but after I installed windows on my newly bought HD, I installed my sound device driver and shows an error message, "Driver not found! Reboot your system, and run this setup again. My integrated sound is an ADI soundmax integrated multimedia sound driver.

Are you installing from the CD your mobo came with? Try checking for updated drivers as well. Also, where in Windows is it displaying this error and how? (Popup box, properties window, etc.)
actually, I download it at IBM's website, coz this PC is a Lenovo, it worked everytime I reformat except this newly formatted HD. Can this be caused by my older HD, which is set as slave and I did'nt reformat it thus, it still remains my old XP OS with all drivers working and programs.
