With a G95 I have a problem with paper jam error.
Just after initializing the error comes up.
During startup the inkcartridge moves an inch right anf then back left.
The feeding wheels run a few turns, and then the error occurs.
The paper is not fed into "standby" position.
When initiating the feed cycle manually (power off), the paper feeds
perfectly, but on its own the cycle is not initiated.
I have tried with the mechanic unit from a G85 (which looks identical) but
without luck :-(
I cant find out what in fact initiates the cycle
- and as soon as HP support realized the problem could not be solved by
turning the printer on and off, they gave up and aksed me to contact a
workshop - which would proparbly cost twice the price of a new printer...
Any help - please?
If photos/drawings of the mechanism are available, I would be so thankfull
!!
