Lost change/Remove Button from Add/remove Program List.

Some of my program i.e Norton antivirus, Norton System work and Office Xp has
lost Chnage/Remove Button from my Add/Remove Program of Contorl bar. But some
of prgram still have Change/Remove Button, mean i can remove them whenever i
want. But recently i wanted to reinstall Norton, coz i was unable to update
some of my file of antivirus. So Norton suggest re-install software again.
But i can't remove norton now coz in Add/remove Program my "Chnage/remove"
button is disappeard some where. Somebody knows how to get it back.
