Well, I am not sure how well MSI boards overclock, but the $122 DFI Lanparty Ultra D will easily get your 165 to 2.4GHz. As for the video card, buy a 1900XT instead of the XTX and overclock it. The XTX is not worth the extra cost. Looks great otherwise!

Well i can buy DFI mb IF, and only IF, I manage to get me a power supply thats 100% compatible to it. I know that this card is kinda hard to build up, thats why i opened this post. I need the MB and the power supply for it. I dont need SLI cause i will NEVER use SLI. No cash for 2 cards and also if u spend like U$850,00 its a total waste of cash. Like the two 6800 in SLI, they are easily beatten by a single 7800, not to mention the 7900GTX. In the near future i might chance the video card, but not going sli either.

DFI non SLI MB, any power supply ideas? Ima just put a single X1900XTX512 on it and OC my opteron (with OCZ low latency memory)

Antec Truepower II 550. Or the Smartpower 500.

Also, like i said before, don't buy the XTX. Buy the XT and overclock it.
