How many volts and are you sure it's running @ 533 w/ 3-3-3-3 and maybe not the mobo putting it down to, say, 333?

I put volt as Auto on bios I did not change the value.

Check BIOS as it should say the value. I am interested in seeing it's voltage level.

EDIT: Your RAM is rated for 3-3-3-10 @ 1.85v, which leads me to believe it's over 2v and if it isn't, it isn't stable.

Yo Mike, got a software to check it without going into the BIOS? I am feeling lazy and don't wanna restart...

ASUS has a product for their motherboards, AI Booster. IDK of many others that tell RAM Voltage.

I just restarted my computer now my RAM is running @ 3-3-3-2

Hmm....3-3-3-10 @ 1.85v is the rated RAM speed...and you're telling me you get 3-3-3-2 @ 1.8v....hmmm......

Guys you have to copy and paste that link, the hyper link doesn't work. Man 3-3-3-1, NEVER SEEN IT

Neither have I, and after looking at that picture, I still haven't seen it....Not with 1.8v, not to mention a RAS of 1 is nearly, if not totally, IMPOSSIBLE o_O.

What next, RAS of 0? -1?

That would make a lot more sense.

That CPU-Z shot shows his RAS @ 1, and CPU-Z verifies it @ 3 and I'd assume he could again @ 1, but that doesn't mean it's really at 1. There IS a definate mis-communication between CPU-Z and his Motherboard, because a RAS of 1 on DDR2 @ 266MHz w/ only 1.8v is impossible.

I don't know how this sh!t happen lol but whatever it is, its just ownage. I couldn't believe that my RAM can actually run at those timing. Now I got my 2gig Corsair XMS, maybe it can run that low too!!!
