At work I have 3 laptops and a desktop. I prefer to use the J Key on the laptops. It's just a lot quicker. It's in the middle of the keyboard so you just use your finger to move it and use your thumb to click and then you can start typing again. I end up using the laptops more often than the desktop. We kind of trade off laptops daily but I usually use an IBM X21 & IBM T22 laptop.

AMD MAN, I'm gonna have to slap u, trackballs are the most evil invention!
lol, why is a trackball evil? I love my Microsoft TrackBall Optical and my Logitech TrackMan Optical and my Logitech TrackMan 2 (I believe that's what it's called, it's a very very old trackball).
AMD technology + Intel technology = Intel/AMD Pentathlon IV; the ULTIMATE PC processor
Trackball all the way. I've tried the conventionals, but they just don't provide the precision I need. I use CAD a lot and edit images, I need all the help I can get. Also, it's not as vulnerable to vibration moving it at random. I've got Logitech's cordless Trackman and it works perfectly. Easy to clean, too.
