Computer doesnt display drop down box info

Hello,
My computer all of a sudden isn't displaying the info on drop down boxes, Such as dates for ordering on line for credit card info or sizes, etc. I don't know how to fix this. I can't see the Category choices in the box below this dialog box. HELP>>>I don't have the money to call Microsoft. Thanks for the help.
