I have the soundcard install into my machine, I get the detection of "multimedia audio controller" which from what I know is the sound card, I'v looked tried dozens of the drivers yet non work, I'm running windows XP pro, I keep getting the error of "setup could not detect sound blaster audio card on your system" Can anyone suggest anything? I don't have the software CD.

creativelabs.com , go to downloads or something , find your soundcard and download the drivers

The very first thing I tried, the drivers don't detect.
