some mobo help for my p4 d805

I currently run it on asus p5ld2 stable around 3.6ghz and as much as 3.9ghz . I am looking for another mobo that is very overclock friendly (fsb/multipliers/volts). I have a budget around $150.
I really dont need to but i would like to do some comparisons and find out if i am limited by my fsb, Currently having sata problems over 200fsb.
