Will my motherboard:

Support this video card ?

If it does work, but with limited capability (since the motherboard only supports up to 4x) how much would it limit the capability of the video card? I primarily want a new video card so I can support shader 2.0, but it's hard to find AGP cards these days let alone AGP4x.

(By the way, I don't plan to buy this card. This was just the best 4x/8x I could find)

Yes it should support the card.

The difference between 4X and 8X is next to nothing.

That is too much to spend on an AGP card these days. You could buy a whole budget PCI-E solution for that price.

Try this card instead.
