I want to move from the Nokia 3595 that came with my Cingular service
plan (Nationwide free roaming, etc.) to a Motorola V400. Is that
possible? Can I buy an unlocked Mot V400 and simply install the SIM card
from the Nokia 3595? Please offer advice? Thanks in advance.

Yes, the beauty of the SIM is that you can move it from one great GSM phone
(3595) to any other GSM phone, regardless of whether or not it is junk or a
good waulity phone.
