Which BIOS is it? Your GPU or Motherboard?

If it's your GPU, it might be a driver conflict. Install the latest drivers along with the latest drivers for your chipset and other components.

If it's your Motherboard BIOS, it also might be a driver conflict. Install latest drivers for everything.

Yea, try clearing CMOS and revert to older BIOS.

Have you tried Safe Mode? Tried putting old BIOS on? Try putting the CD into the tray (Windows Installer) and boot to it, than choose "Repair Installation", it will put back all the good files Windows needs. Make sure to have your Serial Code handy, it might ask for it.
