I lowered some DRAM timings to get better perfomance from my 2X Kingston DDR400 512MB ValueRAM, but this time i went too far. I cant remember which setting it was, but there was only two options 1T and 2T and i set it to 1T.

When i turn my computer on, it just starts to beep ('long, short, short' or something), but it doesnt matter cause i already know what the prob is.

So i just wanna know how can i get the default settings back or even get to BIOS? The RAM works just fine with my other PC...

System:

ASUS A8N-E
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
Club 3d 6600gt
Samsung SpinPoint P120 160GB

Check the mobo manual and short the BIOS reset (sometimes called CMOS reset) jumpers. Lacking the exact jumper to short, remove the battery for 15 min or so.

or you could just remove the CMOS battery for a few seconds.

My system has an almost unreachable bios reset jumper. When I set my memory to 1T accidently, I pulled a stick and it booted in single-channel, got into my bios and changed it back. You can try that. :)

a little idea for you... i have a similiar problem (my jumper is behind my hard disks...) so i rigged up some of the cd to sound card analogue audio cable (cut one cable off) slipped it over the pins and hooked up a toggle switch/push button. (make sure it has a center one, and 2 sides) with some soldering (on the switch side) you can make it work...(don't forget to mount it somewhere)

i have a red button on the back of my case that i can use to reset my cmos if something doesn't work

Yep, as others said, resetting your CMOS, or taking the battery out for a few seconds will do the trick. It will clear your BIOS settings back to default, just remember to change them back.
