Seasonic S12 Powersupply 600W & x1900XT(X)/7900GTX

Hi, Ive bought this powersupply (http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?sku=314759&view=detailed) some 2months back and was thinking on using that if upgrading my computer to Athlon 64/Athlon x2 64 with either x1900xt/xtx or Geforce7900gtx.
The question is; is the powersupply strong enough? I'm not thinking in watt but AMP? I'm no electrician. Its says 18A on +12v1 & 18A on 12v2. Some says it strong enough. But I keep reading about these cards requiring 25A to 30A. Other says that 30A on one 12v rail would burn it of.

I don't know what to believe.

Second. My maingame for this rig to be is to have a great looking & good speed on Elderscrolls; Oblivion. What is the best CPU & Card for that? AMD4000 or one of the Dualcores like 42/44/46/48 x2?

its fine, 32 A is minimun for Sli, if ur gonna go SLi ur fine but if u have u should still be fine

SLI is not an option I'm going for. One card only.

Thanks for all help so far. It removed a burden from me to know it should work with the PSU. Good.
