DDR2 choice

Hi All,

would greatly appreciate a recomendation on a ram for my first system,
which I intend to overclock and I am still learning on how to, i will be using
memory intensive applications like photoshop and maya.
On the list to buy:

Pentium D 805
Asus P5ND2-SLI
Scythe SCNJ-1000
SILVERSTONE FN121
AS 5 compound

I already have:

Antec p 180
Silverstone S12 600w
SB audigy zs
HIS x800 gto

I am looking for the least possible investment on a ram for the D805 that can overclock, should I choose a 1gb or 2gb(value) dual kit?Is there a big performance I would notice? I am not a gamer, but do a lot of multitasking and I want to finish with the bottlecnecks I am having on my present and very old system.

I would go with the 2GB dual kit even though your not a heavy gamer, if you running apps like photoshop and Maya the extra memory certainly won't hurt.
