need advice for thermalright XP-120 cooler

Hello been a long time reader but first time poster of Tomshardware (amazing site) but now i have a question and what better place to get it answered then here well here is my questions..

I'm looking to buy the Thermalright XP-120 heatsink but couple questions come to mind.

1. I want to get a fan that will push alot of CFMs (over 100) that will connect into the monther fan headers, price or noise is no worry to me but before i buy them my other question is..

2. will this heatsink fit on this motherboard "Asus A8N SLI Deluxe"?

also i'm Canadian so i would need Canadian sites or places that ship to canada

EDIT: almost forgot the CPU i will be getting is the AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+

it'll fit, but look into the si-120

its basically the same as a xp-120 but with a bit better performance and better clearance for motherboards

price and noise not an issue? :twisted:
