Hi, I have a X850XT HIS IceQ II Edition Radeon video card and I get horrible and odd artifacting but only on overlapping textures and surfaces

Ex: Overlapping bars on a gate, at the place of actual intersection where two textures are *Perfectly flat* on each other, a flickering between the two occurs

I can take an SS if you need a visual representation
