I created a webpage using Dreamweaver. I uploaded to the space that my ISP provided. It worked but there were a few things I needed to change. I deleted everything on there and made changes, then put it back.
The old folders are still listed there when I view the site (even though I deleted them) and my index.htm file doesn't load like before.

The adress is <A HREF="http://homepages.ihug.com.au/~hutchies4/" target="_new">http://homepages.ihug.com.au/~hutchies4/</A>
Do I put it in that directory or in the public_html
directory. Confused.

It's usually in public_html folder. If your page isn't working right, perhaps it's being cached or something. I used to get this with Virgin homepages - it usually took a few days to propogate through the system.

You could delete all the files in there, then re-upload all the latest ones again.
