It runs whit a AMD Athlon3200+ and1GB Kingston RAM and a 40GB HD.
I have tryed to start it up whit a PCI grafik card but its still the same problem DEAD SCREEN .
I have resat the RAM ( and disconnected the battery too) but no help .
Can it be my powersupply ? , its a 400w .

HI: spec is AMD Athlon 3200+ CPU ABIT AN8-V MOBO. ASUS PCI E EN7300GS graphic card . 1GB Kingston value RAM PC3200.
NEC DVD burner . MAxtor diamond max 200 GB HD . And a Antech NeoHE 500 PEC ( 500W) PSU .the powersupply is just bought and a new POST code appears 9.9. ( shut down process completed ). Now I wonder is 500W too small . All I had asked says it is enough . Now i had tryed bying a new MOBO And the machine starts up when the power to the dvd is disconnected .BUT when dvd is connected the maschine shuts down .
Do U have any suggestions ?

do you have both the 4-pin ATX12V1 connected as well as the 24-pin ATXPWR1?
You need to see the codes before the 9.9 as that just means that it has finished the power-down sequence.

Check out this link. It's the Abit site FAQ, where there's a mention of your problem.

HI. Both the 24 pin and the 4 pin connector is mounted.
The post code before 9.9 is 9.0. and befor that 8.3.
the 9.0. code just means thet Myguru initial process is completed and aware bios has to take over and the 8.3. just means that ATX power is ready .
I have checkd the link and the CCMOS jumper is replaced correct . I have tryed to clear the CCMOS whitout any results .
My new 500w PSU can deliver 467W whit the 12 v I got told that it schould be enough but IM not shure on that ,becourse after update from a 400W PSU to a 500W I got a bit further now it stops on 9.9. instead of 9.0.

Am I right in thinking that you have tried 2 mobos then?
If so then it is unlikely that the mobo is the problem (& a 500W Antec should be OK assuming both 4-pin & 24-pinconnected).
