new build advice needed

Hello i have about £300 to spend on a new motherboard mem case and processor. the machine will be used for both gaming and running a small business if thtas possible.
any advice would be gratfully accepted

Ok here's what I got:

Processor:

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 1GHz HT 512KB L2 Cache Socket 939 $117

Motherboard:

ASUS A8N5X Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD $75

Ram:

CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR400 $72

Case:

Rosewill TU-155 Steel ATX Mid Tower with 400 watt PSU $55

That's a total of $319 U.S. But it would be best to get the X2 dual core.
