When I select the Screen Saver tab on Display Properties, the PC hangs and
tab never displays. I have to End Task. Sometimes I notice run32dll is on
the task list. Playing around, I noticed my taskbar was not set to auto
hide. I set it to auto hide and now the screen saver tab comes up. I tried
this back and forth. When I place the cursor over the taskbar area, I get
the double arrow but I have to click to get the taskbar to appear. I'm not
sure where to start troubleshooting. My first thought is the video driver.
(AOpen PA3000) There are no other symptoms from this problem. There are no
other problems on the PC. Device Manager is okay. The screen saver works
even when you can't access the tab. Can someone provide some insight?
