I was messing with my computer and clicked on the high contrast box, it made
the display lousy , and now it won't turn off. I even checked the box on the
general tab to automatically turn off after 5 mins of non-use. It still
doesn't work. I tried to do a system restore with nothing...

1. Open Accessibility Options in your Control Panel.
2. On the Display tab, under High Contrast, uncheck the Use High Contrast check box.
3. Then click Apply.
