Which Motherboard for this setup?

I am looking at these 3 motherboards. I don't know which one to use. I kind of have 3 price segments with these, but I am wondering if you guys have any comments about any of the boards or can find some information about these boards that I haven't found yet... which is basically none. If you guys know of any better mobos in the price range listed (max about $150), please do tell. Anything much higher in price I will probably have to downgrade my vid card. I've left

First, my soon to be setup:
Case: Antec Sonata II 450 watt
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 4200+
GPU: eVGA Nvidia 7900GT
RAM: 2GB Corsair XMS
HD1: WD Raptor 74GB
HD2: WD 250GB
Sound: SB Audigy2
Optical: ASUS DVD+RW burner x2

The Motherboards:
ASRock 939Dual SATA2
DFI LANParty UT nF4 Ultra-D
ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe

Some thoughts on that DFI motherboard.

1) It is a great board. Many advanced settings. User friendly manual and plenty of online resources.
2) My only complaint is that the chipset fan ends up a bit close to a large video card.

honestly I like ASUS never had a problem, but if you can't get ASUS go for DFI
