help pls..artifacting if drivers is installed??

eya guys..well as the topic implies, my card in my old comp get's a hell load of artifacting when drivers are installed..it's pretty weird..and things just keep getting worser,the artifacting already reached my desktop..i mean just normal things i'm doing der artifacts everywhere in the screen..does this mean my card is dying or is it damaged or is der anything i can do??i tried installing older drivers to check but to no avail..reinstall drivers but still nothing(both the ati catalyst and the omega drivers)..checked the temp of my card and it's 37deg idle and 60deg underload..and nope i didn't overclock it,never did.. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..tnx in advance ppl..

o and btw my card is a Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 256mb..as of now using the latest drivers released by OmegaDrivers.net

dat's also my guess..it's busted..cuz if i don't install the drivers no artifacting but with drivers installed it's crazy..i can't even play anymore,all i see is just damn lines everywhere..well tnx for the help red..looks like i'm gonna buy a new card..
