After a certain amount of hassle I now have my Officejet working OK
with Win2k. However I now have an issue when printing diagrams from
Visio 2003, other programs (well the ones I've tried so far) all seem
to work OK.

When I print from Visio though the diagram is shifted about half a
page from the centre of the paper so only the bottom half prints.
Printing the same diagram to either of my other two printers (HP 840C
and HP1150) works OK.

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong? I've checked all the
paper size options and so on, I think.

Some further searching turned up the answer, it's a pretty well known
Visio 2003 bug and is fixed by installing Service Pack 1. The error
only happens with PCL3 printers.
