Graphics card work with intergrated?

I have a motherboard hanging around with integrated graphics, and I'm just wondering weather I can run a graphics card on this motherboard even with integrated graphics already built in.

Assuming you have an AGP slot, you can run it, just change the bios setting to suit. I think PCI graphics would be the same. Just set it to AGP in the Intergrated Peripherals ,Init Display First section of the bios. I have one MB setup this way.
