home network problem

Hello

I have established a home network between my two computers. I can do file
sharing but I can not use the printer at the machine with XP. It says
"Printer is offline " and "User Intervention required".
Computers use:
Windows XP (printer)
Windows 98 SE

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I fix the "user intervention required" thing. But it still has problem. It
says that it can not find a network named by "//VOL/Printer" which is the
printer port I have setup.
