WTB:AGP video card, DR400+ ram, + eVGA 7800gt 256-P2-N516-AX

I'm looking for an agp video card that performs better than a ATI Radeon 9800 pro or equivalent GPU and I'm also looking for 1 GB of DDR400 or better RAM. It doesn't matter how many sticks unless it's more than 3 DIMMs (socket 754 mobo only has 3 slots). I'm looking to spend about $200 total for both but up to about $250 shipped if you can give me a really good deal since I'm on such a tight budget.

Also, I'm looking for an eVGA7800GT CO SE model #: 256-P2-N516-AX. Looking to pay around $250 shipped
