When right clicking a selected file in Windows Explorer
it takes from 35 to 60 seconds before the popup menu
appears.
When selecting a file and then clicking the File Menu it
takes from 40 to 80 seconds before the pulldown menu
appears.
Do I need to reinstall Windows XP to solve this problem?
Sincerely
O.Siggaard-Andersen.
