To much ram restricted , unusable

i got 4GB installed memory and 750mb are being restricted by windows 7
and i have a dedicated GPU with the intergrated chip de-activated
i checked CCC and CPUz , and they both report only the dedicated chip present
right now i have access to only 3.2GB of ram of the 4GB installed
what can i do ?



EDIT: i'm useing windows 7 ultimate 64BIT edition

Looks like you're running Win 7 32-bit. That is the maximum amount of memory it can use. You will have to install a 64-bit system to use the full 4 GB.

sorry i forgot to specifie , im already useing windows 7 ultimate 64Bit

Where does it say you only have access to only 3.2GB RAM?

Check your boot options:

- Start -> type "msconfig" in the search box and hit <enter>

- Click the "boot" tab

- Click the "Advanced Options..." button

- Make sure that the "maximum memory" option is not checked.
